When you use our Website or register for the Voxter waitlist and promotional raffle, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

When registering for the waitlist, you may be asked to provide:

your full name;
your email address;
your telephone number;
your Instagram username.

This information is necessary to register your participation, communicate with you regarding the waitlist, administer the promotional raffle, verify compliance with the raffle eligibility requirements, including the Instagram account and follow requirement, notify the winner, and, where applicable, arrange delivery of the prize.

b) Technical Information

When you access the Website, certain technical information may be processed automatically as part of the normal operation and security of the Website. Depending on your browser and hosting environment, this may include:

operating system;

date and time of access;
pages visited;

We process your personal data only where we have a valid legal basis under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Depending on how you interact with the Website, we process your personal data for the following purposes:

3. Special Terms for the Raffle (September 19, 2026)

By entering your details in the Waitlist, you agree to the following raffle conditions:

The Draw: The raffle winner will be drawn and announced on September 19, 2026.
Claim Period: The drawn winner will be contacted via email and/or phone. The winner has exactly three (3) working days from the date of notification to respond and claim the prize.
Forfeiture: If the winner fails to respond within this 3-working-day window, they forfeit the prize.
Alternative Winners: In case of forfeiture, the next drawn backup winner will automatically be selected. This next winner will be subject to the exact same 3-working-day response deadline. This process will repeat until a winner claims the prize.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Voxter respects your privacy. Our website does not use cookies or any tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing habits, analytics, or personal preferences.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with applicable legal obligations.

In particular:

personal data relating to participants in the promotional raffle will generally be retained until the raffle has been completed, the prize has been awarded, and any reasonable period for resolving disputes or demonstrating compliance has expired;
personal data relating to the winner may be retained for a longer period where necessary to document the award of the prize or comply with applicable legal, accounting or tax obligations;
where you have separately consented to receive marketing communications, your contact details will be retained until you withdraw your consent or object to receiving such communications.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised unless further retention is required by law.

6. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to outside parties. This does not include trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business (such as secure email delivery systems), as long as those parties are contractually bound to keep this information confidential and comply with GDPR.

3. Специални условия за томболата (19 септември 2026 г.)

Като въведете данните си в Списъка на изчакване, вие се съгласявате със следните условия на томболата:

Жребий: Печелившият в томболата ще бъде изтеглен и обявен на 19 септември 2026 г.
Срок за получаване: С изтегления печеливш ще се свържем по имейл и/или телефон. Печелившият разполага с точно три (3) работни дни от датата на уведомлението, за да отговори и да получи наградата.
Загуба на правото: Ако печелившият не отговори в рамките на този прозорец от 3 работни дни, той губи правото си на наградата.
Резервни печеливши: В случай на загуба на правото, автоматично се избира следващият изтеглен резервен печеливш. Този следващ печеливш е обвързан със същия срок за отговор от 3 работни дни. Този процес се повтаря, докато печеливш не получи наградата.

4. Бисквитки и технологии за проследяване

Voxter зачита вашата поверителност. Нашият уебсайт не използва бисквитки или каквито и да е технологии за проследяване, за да събира информация за вашите навици на сърфиране, анализи или лични предпочитания.
