Voxter is operated by VOXTER Ltd. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page sets out what is forbidden on Voxter, what we do to prevent it, how to report it, and how to reach us. It applies to every person and every piece of content on the app.

Child sexual abuse and exploitation has no place on Voxter, in any form, at any time, from anyone.
Any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), the sexualisation of a person under 18 in any form, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any attempt to make sexual contact with a child. It applies whether the material is photographed, filmed, drawn, animated or generated by artificial intelligence, and whether the child in it is real or depicted.
An account that does any of this is removed permanently on the first occurrence. There is no strike, no warning and no appeal on this ground. Where the law requires or allows it, we preserve the relevant evidence and pass the case to the competent authorities.
Four layers, each one catching what the one before it can miss.
Every video uploaded to Voxter is screened automatically before it can appear to anyone. Sexually explicit material is rejected and never becomes visible. Automatic screening is not perfect on its own, which is why the three layers below exist.
Reported videos and profiles go to our moderators, who review them and decide what happens to the content and to the account. Anything touching a child is treated as urgent.
Any user can report any video or any profile from inside Voxter, at any time, without leaving the app. Your report is not shown to the person you reported.
You can block anyone from their profile, and they can no longer reach you. On our side, confirmed violations lead to content removal and to restrictions on the account. For child sexual abuse and exploitation the outcome is permanent removal, immediately.
You do not need an account, and you do not need to be signed in, to reach us by email.
Open the video or the profile, open the menu and choose Report. The report goes straight to our moderation team. This is the fastest route and it tells us exactly which content you mean.
Email hello@voxter.eu with CHILD SAFETY in the subject line, and include a link or a screenshot and the username if you have it. We prioritise these messages above all other support. Use this route as well if the concern is serious or urgent.
Reporting to us is not a substitute for the police. If a child is in immediate danger, call 112. In Bulgaria you can also call the National Child Helpline on 116 111, and report illegal online content to the National Centre for Safe Internet at safenet.bg. Please tell us as well, so we can remove the content and act on the account.
